  • All domestic orders for in-stock items, received Monday thru Friday before 5pm CST, will ship within 2 business days after the day your order is placed. Orders for out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as the product is available. In cases where the product is not in stock SuperTrapp Industries will notify customer via the email address the order was placed under.
  • We Ship via Fedex unless otherwise noted. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost. We do not ship to a PO Box. Shipping days are considered Monday thru Friday and do not include weekends or holidays observed by our shipping vendors.
  • On International orders, we ship Fedex International Economy Air (where applicable), Customer is responsible for all duties and/or customs charges.
  • We do not drop-ship unless prior arrangements have been made.
Package Refusal
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if you refuse the package you will be responsible for all applicable return freight and/or to ship your package to the correct address.

Loss/Theft After Delivery Confirmation
  • SuperTrapp Industries is not liable for any loss or theft after Delivery Confirmation from the Shipper.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to know how mail or shipments are handled to their address based upon limitations of the following but not limited to; mail receptacle size, access to buildings or facilities, commercial addresses, hours of operations and security concerns determined solely by the shipper.
  • Ex. Many Apartment complexes for example have limited mail receptacle size or limited large box options. Understanding how packages or large shipments are handled by the Apartment complex and it's tenants is solely the responsibility of the Customer.
  • A shipper (UPS, USPS, Fed Ex.....) on their sole discretion, may not be able to complete the delivery and leave the customer a note on their premises or document on the tracking detail. SuperTrapp Industries has no responsibility to reship, reimburse or compensate the customer based upon delivery issues associated with the customer's address as previously mentioned.
