Limited Warranty:
SuperTrapp’s warranty extends to the original purchaser only and a copy of the sales receipt must be provided. Keep your receipts. SuperTrapp offers a one year warranty for defects in material and workmanship. Repair will be the initial resolution. Replacement will be at SuperTrapp’s discretion. To obtain warranty service, call to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Return must include description of the problem and a copy of the purchase invoice. Customers are responsible for freight charges to SuperTrapp. SuperTrapp will pay the ground freight when returning the product to the customer. Any misuse, negligence in handling or installation, redesign or unauthorized repair work will void warranty coverage.
Chrome plated billet aluminum products are very fragile. They must be handled and installed with extreme care. The parts are guaranteed to be free of defect at time of shipping. SuperTrapp warranties chrome plating for one year from the date of purchase for defects. (Defects include peeling or blistering of the chrome from the base material.) Damage that may occur during installation or use are the responsibility of the customer. It is up to the discretion of SuperTrapp to determine if the products were properly cared for.
Chrome Parts:
SuperTrapp ensures that our parts are chrome plated to the highest quality. However, chrome must be properly cared for. Salt, sand and humidity are all harmful to chrome. The life of your chrome may be shortened if not properly cleaned with a mild soap, water and waxed. Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners.
