Welcome to the Pipeline, a quarterly newsletter from
SuperTrapp.
We pride ourselves on being a leading
manufacturer of aftermarket exhausts, but we also pride ourselves on
bringing you the information you desire most! Pipeline is our
quarterly newsletter which all readers can enjoy whether it's
reading about our newest products, racing updates and results,
testimonials or checking out the latest videos. We have asked,
listened and responded to riders' suggestions and feedback regarding
products they'd like to see enter the market.

| Phantom Pipe Now Available for FLH!
For riders seeking to add custom style to their bike at
a less-than-custom price, check out the new FLH Phantom Pipe
in black ceramic for Harley-Davidson FLH/FLT '86-'08. This is
the newest addition to the Road Legends series, designed by
master builder, Paul Yaffe and manufactured by SuperTrapp.
The FLH Phantom Pipe is a curvy 2:1 drag pipe, based
off the original, but rather than a slash cut, it has a
decorative billet end cap with engraved domino dots. The FLH
Phantom Pipe comes with 4-piece stylized chrome heatshields.
Dressers are a major segment of the V-Twin industry.
Paul Yaffe is well in tune with what riders want and saw the
need for a stylish, bold and unique exhaust for dressers to
enter the market. Yaffe decided to base this new product off
of his already famous Phantom Pipe, but with a whole new look
made especially for dressers.
The success of the Road
Legends product line proves that Paul Yaffe knows what riders
want and remains on the cutting edge of style. The FLH Phantom
Pipe is sure to be the hottest choice for riders worldwide.
The FLH Phantom Pipe is the fourth creation born out
of the partnership between SuperTrapp and Yaffe. The
Yaffe-designed Road Legends series also includes the 2-inch
straight through X Pipes, the 2-inch straight through upswept
drag pipes with a laser cut claw tip known as Crack Pipes and
the original Phantom Pipe.
The Road Legends exhausts
have become some of SuperTrapp's best selling systems, with
more designs from Yaffe planned for the near future.

| Meet the Low Roller!
We'd like to introduce you to the new, curvaceous,
chrome 2:1. Meet the Low Roller. Now available for
Harley-Davidson FXST '90 -'08 Softail models.
This
new, sleek, rolling wave style 2:1 pipe is a beautifully
sculpted work of art. The long and low, flowing, swept look of
this exhaust accentuates the lines of the bike. The
three-piece heatshield set protects the rider and keeps the
chrome looking showroom new. The 1 ¾" headpipes flows into the
2 ½" collector and into the 3.5" curved muffler body, which
intensifies the curves of your bike.
The Low Roller
comes standard with a sleek, chromed billet end cap. This is
the first ever, SuperTrapp 2:1, to offer a variety of optional
end caps. Riders can customize their exhaust by choosing from
a variety of 12 end caps, including 4 designed by Paul Yaffe.
These interchangeable end caps allow for the ultimate in
personalization.
The Low Roller weighs 25% less than
stock and is quickly becoming known as a classy pipe that
provides a responsible sound. While it increases exhaust flow,
it also provides a deep, authoritative growl that won't offend
your riding buddies. Durable, pillow pack packing offer
superior silencing and durability.

| Mean Mothers Just Got Meaner and Darker...
SuperTrapp Mean Mothers just got meaner. Mean Mothers are
now available in a black ceramic version in addition to the
already famous double-walled chrome Mean Mothers. Mean Mothers
fit FLST/FXST '84-'08, FXD '91-'05, FLH/FLT '91-'08, FLH/FLT
'86-'08 and XL '04-'08.
The newest addition to the
Mean Mothers line in black-ceramic offer riders a unique
choice of pipes that allow them to give their bike that tough,
beefy look. The straight lines on these black-ceramic beauties
accentuate the lines of the bike. The chrome end caps
contrasting with the black ceramic really make the chrome on
the bike jump out. All kits include 02 sensors, two plugs and
comprehensive installation instructions.
The heavy
rumbled sound of thunder you get with Mean Mothers lets
everyone know these are not your grandpa's cackling drag
pipes. At 105dB* at idle, 107dB at 2500 rpm and 125dB at wide
open throttle, the solid and strong sound of these beauties
make your stock bike sound like a hot rod.
Mean
Mothers provide the ultimate in durability, strength at high
temperatures and corrosion resistance with its stainless steel
head pipe constructions. The one-piece heatshield protects the
rider and enables easy installation. The 1 ¾" stainless steel,
single-stepped headpipe flows into the 2 ¼" expansion chamber
with a removable baffle while complementing the straight lines
of your bike. Chrome end caps are included and a variety of
other end caps like the Turndown/90 Degree Rotatable and Slash
Cut are also compatible with the entire Mean Mothers Line.
Mounting Mean Mothers is a breeze. They are fully
assembled and can be installed within minutes. A
self-contained nut as part of the mount bracket means that a
separate lock-washer is not needed. That equates to less
hardware, fewer pieces to manage, less time spent installing
and more time being able to ride.
Mean Mothers offer a
7.5 lbs. or 33% weight savings and an 8% hp gain over stock,
so you will need to be prepared when you twist the throttle.
Select models of Mean Mothers are also available in
SuperPak Performance Kits.

"When I purchased my 2008 Polaris RZR I wasn't
planning on doing any modifications. But then the shootouts
started coming out and people started talking.
One
article in particular mentioned real world results of being
able to attain a specified speed (mph) in 30', 40' and even up
to 50' sooner with an aftermarket pipe.
So, now I'm
interested!
The next thing is the sound
levels.....That is one of the things that I like about the
SuperTrapp MudSlinger. At idle, it is very close to the db
level of the stock pipe and doesn't seem that bad at all when
accelerating hard. The stock pipe has a sound that most people
would describe as a "Drone" sound. The SuperTrapp Pipe changes
that to a more of a traditional sound.
Installation
was relatively easy. When complete, you will find it very
stable and secure. Also, it utilizes the center cavity
designed for the pipe.
Performance wise....it
definitely feels faster and has a more pleasant tone. Most
importantly, there is no need to spend another $300 on a fuel
controller.
I spoke with the Tech Support people at
SuperTrapp and they told me that an aftermarket fuel
controller WAS NOT NEEDED with their MudSlinger pipe. That
just cut my investment down by 1/2 !!
So, to wrap it
up.........buy the pipe, install the pipe....go faster."

The Zodiac Drag Race Team races a Top Fuel
Harley-Davidson, previously ridden by Ton Pels and now ridden
by Roel Koedam. Roel Koedam competes in the FIM/UEM European
Championship of the "SuperTwin" class. This 4-stroke
2-cylinder class was established in 1992 and in that very
first year the Zodiac Team took the win in the Euroserie
Championship. It is now the most popular motorcycle class in
Drag Racing and its European Championship is sanctioned by the
International Motorcycle Federation (FIM) since 1994.
In a good run, these bikes lift the front wheel at the
start line, never to touch the asphalt again until past the
finish line, while accellerating from 0-60 MPH (0-100 kmh) in
0.7 seconds, and from 0-210 MPH (0-338 kmh) in 6.6 seconds!

| Sturgis - Visit SuperTrapp at Legend Top 50 Rally
Park!
The SuperTrapp trailer and crew will exhibit the
SuperTrapp line of aftermarket, performance exhausts at Legend
Top 50 Rally Park once again August 1 - 9 at the Sturgis rally
this year. A variety of bikes will have SuperTrapp exhausts
mounted for all to stop by and hear the signature exhaust
tones for themselves. The official Sturgis 2008 Bike even has
a SuperTrapp exhaust on it! That should tell you something.
SuperTrapp exhausts will be available for purchase and
Sangers Cycle will provide on-site professional exhaust
installation.
SuperTrapp will be a repeat sponsor,
awarding $3,000.00 in prizes and merchandise to winners at the
Legend Top 50 Rally Park Bike Show. In addition to sponsoring
the bike show, SuperTrapp will also be the proud sponsor of
stunt rider, Jay Pullen. Pullen is currently the only
top-level stunt rider to perform on a Harley.
Also
during the rally, SuperTrapp will be a proud sponsor of the
First Annual Broken Spoke Saloon Old School Ride-In Chopper
